The numbers that receive alerts (care, admin, crisis, new members) are managed with Manna now, not here. Ask your Manna administrator to change who gets what.
What Manna tells you

Add an event

Empty means open until the event day.
Empty means unlimited. Manna stops bookings and tells you the moment it fills.
Event settings
Empty means no limit per person or family.
Leave these as they are to use your church settings. Change them only if this one event needs something different.
Empty means use your main church number.
This follows your church settings unless you tick it here.
Past and closed
Changes here are live in WhatsApp the moment you save. Sent with love via Manna.
